ASR Construction is Ventura County’s Largest Restoration Company specializing in Emergency Services; water damage, fire damage, sewage clean up, smoke-odor removal and mold remediation. ASR Construction is centrally located in Oxnard California, which allows us to respond immediately to Goleta, Santa Barbara, Ventura, Camarillo, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, Malibu and surrounding areas.
ASR has three distinct divisions:
The Restoration Division provides emergency service 24/7/365 days a year that includes water removal, tarp-up, board-up and reconstruction services for damage caused by fire, water damage, sewer, mold, storm, smoke and odor.
The Specialty Services Division provides services that include trauma scene clean up, asbestos abatement, infectious disease control, horder cleanup, lead abatement and mold remediation . This division requires special certifications, and acreditations through State and Federal agencies.
The Construction Division specializes in reconstruction and repair for Residential, Multi-Family dwelling and Commercial Properties, from the small rebuilds to large multi-million dollar projects. We are members of both Community Association Institute (CAI), California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). We believe in staying up on all the newest revelations in the HOA, Multifamily, Commercial and Retail markets by actively pursuing education that will further assist us in helping our customers.
Both divisions have served the diverse needs of thousands of residential and commercial customers throughout Southern California and into New Mexico.
